Information we collect

Monarch Payroll Solutions collects only the information required to operate payroll and back-office services on behalf of our clients. This includes employer and employee identifying information, banking details for direct deposit, tax information required for filings, and operational data such as hours worked and pay rates.

How we use information

Information is used solely for the purpose of delivering contracted payroll, tax filing, compliance, reporting, and back-office services. Monarch does not sell or share client or employee data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.

How we protect information

Payroll data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and limited to personnel directly supporting the client. Audit logging is maintained for sensitive operations.

Retention

Payroll, tax, and employment records are retained in accordance with federal and state recordkeeping requirements. Records are securely destroyed once retention obligations are satisfied and the client has authorized destruction.
